NON-CONFORMANCE

A Non-Conformance is a procedure that needs to be completed in the event of a faulty controller or Battery.

In order to arrange a replacement product, you the installer must fill out a Non-Conformance form with all the correct details and must be signed.

Once we have this information we can then activate the warranty and make arrangements to dispatch a replacement.

The replacement product must be installed and the fault product should be ready for collection within 7 days of receipt of your replacement product.
